People typically post in their diaries with fair regularity. I usually post late at night in a break from homework as I am currently attending Cal Poly. Given the late hour, walking a mile around here around midnight isn't especially expeditious and usually warrants the attention of the local constabulary wondering who is out walking at that hour. One thing that might make a dent in the weight which worries you so, would be to walk a mile before sitting down to your computer, every time.
