Last night my boss and I abode at the
Hotel Oceana adjacent to the harbor and
Stearn's Wharf at
Santa Barbara, CA. We got up early for work at
Gem Faire and I was privileged to witness the following pre-storm sunrise bringing to mind the old maritime saying "Red in the morning, sailors take warning... red at night, sailor's delight." It is due to scenes like these that I choose to live on
California's Central Coast. I had intented to edit these images much more by including about half this many but I loved them all too much and include them all without reservation.
