Quote of the Day - Otto von Bismarck

Earlier this evening, while preparing my dinner, I found myself thinking about my life and life in general and how people either seize the day when opportunity knocks or else they allow it to slip away and squander Providence. At some point in that internal process I found myself thinking of this wonderful quote from Otto von Bismarck but in my mind expanded in a much broader context than mere statecraft and the affairs of statesmen:
