23rd Annual Rockhound Roundup Display Cases

One of our Junior Rockhounds put this together which was quite impressive.

The Rock Mafia Dons, Huntington & Pierce, resubmitted this in an encore presentation given this year's show theme.

This T-Rex is made of local petrified whale bone.

I do believe this case by Lisa King won Honorable Mention.

I do believe this case by Denise Halapoff and Michael Judy won Honorable Mention.

I especially liked this one.

Thundereggs

This case by Chris Driesbach featuring local fossils won Second Place and was one of my two favorites.

A most impressive preparation for this most impressive local fossil specimen.
