"The Lord is merciful and compassionate, slow to anger, and abounding in grace. He will not constantly admonish, neither will He be always angry. He neither deals with us regarding our sins nor rewards us according to our iniquities. As high as the sky is above the earth, so great is His mercy toward them that fear Him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities them that fear Him." ~ Psalm 103:8-13 (Kimicus ad Absurdum translation)
