Over the course of the four days of the
59th Annual Tucson Gem & Mineral Show I had the privilege of photographing a handful of mineral and gemstone specimens during small breaks in my work schedule at the
Rocks & Relics booth. This constitutes but a tiny fraction of the material present at the show for which I had no time to look at and enjoy let alone photograph. What follows are my best images which admittedly are not all that great given my lighting issues and the glass in front of most of them and the shortcomings of my clunky old camera.
