San Simeon Quake 9th Anniversary Note

On this 9th anniversary of the M6.5 San Simeon Earthquake which amongst doing much other harm in San Luis Obispo County also damaged Atascadero's famous Rotunda Building forcing it to be red-tagged and closed for now running on nine years. The following is a short video on ongoing efforts to repair the locally-legendary structure as funded by FEMA.
