When bed time hit last night I was overly-caffeinated to go along with being in the unuseful habit of not falling asleep until the middle of the night. When 3:20 a.m. hit the morning or rather shortly thereafter I began to notice unexpected Tweets on my Twitter feed regarding a M5.7-M6.1 earthquake in the American Canyon Area of Northern California. Upon realizing that was not a false report my night turned in a very different direction and I stayed up until dawn monitoring the situation and keeping California Disasters updated in all its formulations (Yahoo Groups, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit). Below is what the state seismomap showed in the first hour after the 2014 M6.0 Napa Quake struck.
