Scripture of the Day - Paul (Rom.4:17)

I have been intrigued by this passage for some time now as it leaps off the page whenever I read it. I know it holds relevancy in my life but I don't yet have a grasp on the particulars.

"... even God, who revives the dead, and calls those things that are not as though they were."
