Today I and two other people helped my friend Janet move a tank she purchased from her landlord (the guy pictured above sitting in the tractor). She plans to transform it into a small building she can use. It was located in a copse of oak trees up the hill from her compound on the crest of a ridgeline and had to be navigated by way of pulling and pushing and rolling and lastly lifted into position on supports in a location nearer to her compound but also in the midst of another albeit smaller copse of oak trees. We managed to successfully accomplish this task sans any casualties. Photo by Janet Nichols (all rights reserved). |
