Monster Meteorite In Paso Robles!

This morning I was at the Pioneer Museum and Park in Paso Robles, CA, overseeing the chalking of the park for our 22nd Annual Rockhounds Roundup Gem, Mineral, and Jewelry Show this weekend as well as the temporary placement of a 1320-lb Campo Del Cielo meteorite in the museum for duration of the show. My own camera instead of taking shots appears shot so I was unable to take images of the scenes below. Therefore, Santa Lucia Rockhounds club member David Nelson generously shared with us these images he shot.

For images of this beast being removed after the show check HERE.
