This weekend I participated in the
Costa Mesa Gem Faire event at the
Orange County Fair Grounds. I had a hoot helping out my friend Dave Richter in his
Rocks & Relics booth. However, due to a variety of factors, most significant of all being the fact two competing one-day once-a-year bead events were occurring in adjacent
Los Angeles County as well as one elsewhere within
Orange County the show overall was down for everybody. Below in five photos is the Gem Faire booth-making, maintaining, and demobing cycle.
